Awakened Creativity is a dynamic, experiential class that invites you to reconnect with your body, imagination, and unique creative voice. Through guided movement, drawing, writing, and partnering, this class offers a space of openness, non-judgment, and playful exploration.

Rooted in somatic and expressive arts practices, this class invites you to soften inner judgment and open to creative flow and into a deeper connection with your inner world. You’ll dance, create, reflect, and connect—with yourself and others—exploring themes that nourish both personal expression and everyday life.

This class is for all levels—no experience needed.

The Joy Within:

Come home to yourself through joyful expression. The Joy Within is an expressive arts class where movement, writing, and drawing weave together in playful exploration. No experience is needed—just a curious heart and a receptive body, exactly as you are.
Through gentle guided prompts, partner witnessing, and open-ended creative time, we’ll explore what wants to move, what wants to be said, and what wants to be seen.

You’ll dance with your imagination, follow the lines of your breath onto paper, and listen deeply to the quiet wisdom within.

This is a space for you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the joy that lives inside your creative spirit.
