The Joy Within:
Come home to yourself through joyful expression. The Joy Within is an expressive arts class where movement, writing, and drawing weave together in playful exploration. No experience is needed—just a curious heart and a receptive body, exactly as you are.
Through gentle guided prompts, partner witnessing, and open-ended creative time, we’ll explore what wants to move, what wants to be said, and what wants to be seen.

You’ll dance with your imagination, follow the lines of your breath onto paper, and listen deeply to the quiet wisdom within.

This is a space for you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the joy that lives inside your creative spirit.

Come as you are. Leave nourished, inspired, and more connected.

*Please bring water and a journal. Art supplies will be provided.

La Alegría Interior:

Vuelve a ti mismo a través de la expresión alegre. La Alegría Interior es una clase de artes expresivas donde el movimiento, la escritura y el dibujo se entrelazan en una exploración.

No se necesita experiencia: solo un corazón curioso y un cuerpo receptivo, tal como eres.

A través del arte y movimiento sencillo, exploraremos lo que quiere moverse, lo que quiere ser dicho y lo que quiere ser visto.

Bailarás con tu imaginación, seguirás las líneas de tu respiración en el papel y escucharás profundamente la sabiduría silenciosa de tu interior.

Este es un espacio para que te sintonices y te reconectes: contigo mismo, con los demás y con la alegría que vive dentro de tu creatividad.
